BallPaint — Terms of Use

  1. Licence — BallPaint is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own, under Apple's standard end-user licence agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula), which applies except where these terms say otherwise.
  2. Your content is yours — The paintings you make, your level records and the maps you build in the editor are entirely yours. They are kept only on your device; the developer has no access to them and claims no rights over them.
  3. Play safely — The ball is controlled by tilting the phone, so play seated, with a firm grip and room to move your hands. Do not play while walking, cycling or driving, and stay aware of the people and objects around you.
  4. Ratings and the map check — Stars are awarded from your time and how little paint you waste. Before a custom map is saved, an automatic solver checks that it can be cleared; that check is a safeguard against impossible maps, not a promise about how a map plays.
  5. Supporting the developer — Tips are voluntary, unlock nothing and are not refundable, except where the law or Apple's policies require it. All purchases are processed by the App Store.
  6. As is — The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for lost paintings or records, or for any damage arising from use of the app. Save the paintings that matter to your photo album.
  7. Any change to these terms will be announced on this page.

  4. 별 평가와 맵 검증 — 별은 걸린 시간과 페인트 효율로 매겨집니다. 직접 만든 맵은 저장 전에 자동 검증이 클리어 가능한지 확인합니다. 이 검증은 불가능한 맵을 막기 위한 장치이며, 맵이 재미있거나 공정하다는 보장은 아닙니다.
  5. 개발자 응원하기 — 응원 결제는 자발적이며 잠금을 해제하는 기능이 없고, 법령이나 Apple 정책이 정한 경우를 제외하고 환불되지 않습니다. 모든 결제는 App Store가 처리합니다.
  6. 있는 그대로 제공 — 앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서, 그림·기록의 손실이나 앱 사용으로 생긴 손해에 대해 개발자는 책임지지 않습니다. 소중한 그림은 사진 앨범에 저장해 두세요.
  7. 약관이 변경되면 이 페이지에 고지합니다.

  1. 使用許諾 — BallPaint はご自身が所有する端末で、個人的・非商業的に使用する目的で無料で提供されます。Apple の標準使用許諾契約(apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula)が適用され、本規約で別段の定めがある部分が優先します。
  2. 作ったものは利用者のもの — 描かれた絵、プレイ記録、エディタで作ったマップは完全に利用者のものです。端末内にのみ保存され、開発者はアクセスできず、いかなる権利も主張しません。
  3. 安全に遊ぶ — 端末を傾けて操作するため、座って手を動かせる場所で、端末をしっかり持って遊んでください。歩きながら、自転車や自動車の運転中には遊ばないでください。周囲の人や物にもご注意ください。
  4. 星の評価とマップ検証 — 星はかかった時間とペンキの効率で決まります。自作マップは保存前に自動検証がクリア可能かどうかを確認します。この検証はクリア不可能なマップを防ぐためのもので、面白さや公平さを保証するものではありません。
  5. 開発者への応援 — 応援購入は任意であり、解放される機能はなく、法令または Apple のポリシーが定める場合を除き返金されません。すべての決済は App Store が処理します。
  6. 現状有姿 — 本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、いかなる保証もいたしません。法律が許容する範囲において、絵や記録の損失、または本アプリの使用により生じた損害について開発者は責任を負いません。大切な絵は写真アルバムに保存してください。
  7. 本規約を変更する場合は本ページで告知します。

  1. Licencia — BallPaint se ofrece gratis para uso personal y no comercial en los dispositivos que te pertenecen, conforme al contrato de licencia de usuario final de Apple (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula), que se aplica salvo en lo que estos términos dispongan de otro modo.
  2. Lo que creas es tuyo — Los cuadros que pintas, tus registros de juego y los mapas que armas en el editor son enteramente tuyos. Se guardan solo en tu dispositivo; el desarrollador no tiene acceso a ellos ni reclama derecho alguno sobre ellos.
  3. Juega con seguridad — La bola se controla inclinando el teléfono, así que juega sentado, sujetando bien el dispositivo y con espacio para mover las manos. No juegues mientras caminas, ni al andar en bicicleta o conducir, y mantente atento a las personas y los objetos a tu alrededor.
  4. Estrellas y verificación de mapas — Las estrellas se otorgan según tu tiempo y la pintura que no desperdicias. Antes de guardar un mapa propio, una verificación automática comprueba que se pueda superar; es una salvaguarda contra mapas imposibles, no una promesa sobre cómo se juega ese mapa.
  5. Apoyar al desarrollador — Las propinas son voluntarias, no desbloquean nada y no son reembolsables, salvo que la ley o las políticas de Apple lo exijan. Todas las compras las procesa el App Store.
  6. Tal cual — La app se ofrece «tal cual», sin garantía de ningún tipo. En la medida permitida por la ley, el desarrollador no se hace responsable de la pérdida de cuadros o registros, ni de daño alguno derivado del uso de la app. Guarda en tu álbum los cuadros que te importen.
