By downloading or using OctoPick (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The service
- The App is provided free of charge for personal use.
- The developer does not operate a server. The App works on your device.
- Some features rely on services provided by Apple or Google. Those services are governed by their own terms.
2. Your content
- Photos, notes, records and any other content you create remain yours.
- This content is stored on your device. The developer cannot access it.
- You are responsible for backing up your own data. Deleting the App may delete its data permanently.
3. In-app purchases
- The App may offer an optional "Support the Developer" purchase.
- This is a voluntary tip. It does not unlock any feature, and every feature stays free.
- Payments are processed by the Apple App Store. Refunds follow Apple's policy; the developer cannot issue refunds directly.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the App for unlawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or redistribute the App.
5. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
- To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the App.
6. Changes and termination
- The App and these terms may change at any time. Material changes will be announced on this page.
- The developer may discontinue the App or any feature.
7. Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

2. 이용자 콘텐츠
- 사진·메모·기록 등 이용자가 만든 콘텐츠는 이용자의 것입니다.
- 이 콘텐츠는 기기 안에 저장되며 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다.
- 데이터 백업은 이용자 책임입니다. 앱을 삭제하면 데이터가 영구히 사라질 수 있습니다.
3. 앱 내 구입
- 앱은 선택 기능으로 '개발자 응원하기' 구매를 제공할 수 있습니다.
- 이는 자발적인 팁이며, 구매로 잠금 해제되는 기능은 없고 모든 기능은 계속 무료입니다.
- 결제는 Apple App Store가 처리합니다. 환불은 Apple 정책을 따르며 개발자가 직접 환불할 수 없습니다.
4. 금지 행위
- 앱을 불법적인 목적으로 사용하지 마세요.
- 앱을 역분석하거나 변조·재배포하지 마세요.
5. 면책
- 앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다.
- 법이 허용하는 범위에서, 앱 사용으로 인한 데이터 손실이나 손해에 대해 개발자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
6. 변경 및 종료
- 앱과 본 약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 이 페이지에 고지합니다.
- 개발자는 앱 또는 일부 기능의 제공을 중단할 수 있습니다.
7. 준거법
- 본 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따릅니다.

OctoPick(以下「本アプリ」)をダウンロードまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。同意されない場合は本アプリをご利用にならないでください。
1. サービス
- 本アプリは個人利用のため無料で提供されます。
- 開発者はサーバーを運用していません。 本アプリは利用者の端末上で動作します。
- 一部の機能は Apple または Google のサービスを利用しており、それらには各社の規約が適用されます。
2. 利用者のコンテンツ
- 写真・メモ・記録など利用者が作成したコンテンツは利用者のものです。
- これらは端末内に保存され、開発者はアクセスできません。
- データのバックアップは利用者の責任です。 アプリを削除するとデータが永久に失われる場合があります。
3. アプリ内課金
- 本アプリは任意機能として「開発者を応援」の購入を提供する場合があります。
- これは任意のチップであり、購入によって解放される機能はなく、すべての機能は無料のままです。
- 決済は Apple App Store が処理します。返金は Apple のポリシーに従い、開発者が直接返金することはできません。
4. 禁止事項
- 違法な目的で本アプリを利用しないでください。
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・改変・再配布を行わないでください。
5. 免責
- 本アプリは「現状のまま」提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。
- 法律が許す範囲で、本アプリの利用によるデータ損失や損害について開発者は責任を負いません。
6. 変更および終了
- 本アプリおよび本規約は変更されることがあります。重要な変更は本ページで告知します。
- 開発者は本アプリまたは一部機能の提供を終了することがあります。
7. 準拠法
- 本規約は大韓民国の法律に準拠します。

- 在法律允許範圍內，開發者對因使用本應用程式而產生的資料遺失或損害不負責任。
6. 變更與終止

Al descargar o usar OctoPick (la «App»), usted acepta estos términos. Si no está de acuerdo, no utilice la App.
1. El servicio
- La App se ofrece gratuitamente para uso personal.
- El desarrollador no opera ningún servidor. La App funciona en su dispositivo.
- Algunas funciones dependen de servicios de Apple o Google, sujetos a sus propios términos.
2. Su contenido
- Las fotos, notas, registros y demás contenido que cree son suyos.
- Ese contenido se almacena en su dispositivo. El desarrollador no puede acceder a él.
- Usted es responsable de sus copias de seguridad. Eliminar la App puede borrar sus datos de forma permanente.
3. Compras dentro de la app
- La App puede ofrecer una compra opcional «Apoyar al desarrollador».
- Es una propina voluntaria. No desbloquea ninguna función y todas siguen siendo gratuitas.
- Los pagos los procesa Apple App Store. Los reembolsos siguen la política de Apple; el desarrollador no puede emitirlos.
4. Uso aceptable
- No utilice la App con fines ilícitos.
- No intente aplicar ingeniería inversa, manipular ni redistribuir la App.
5. Exención de responsabilidad
- La App se proporciona «tal cual», sin garantía de ningún tipo.
- En la medida permitida por la ley, el desarrollador no se hace responsable de pérdidas de datos ni daños derivados del uso de la App.
6. Cambios y finalización
- La App y estos términos pueden cambiar. Los cambios importantes se anunciarán en esta página.
- El desarrollador puede descontinuar la App o cualquiera de sus funciones.
7. Ley aplicable
- Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Corea.

- Ce contenu est stocké sur votre appareil. Le développeur n'y a pas accès.
- Vous êtes responsable de vos sauvegardes. La suppression de l'Application peut effacer définitivement vos données.
3. Achats intégrés
- L'Application peut proposer un achat facultatif « Soutenir le développeur ».
- Il s'agit d'un pourboire volontaire. Il ne débloque aucune fonction et tout reste gratuit.
- Les paiements sont traités par l'App Store d'Apple. Les remboursements suivent la politique d'Apple ; le développeur ne peut pas les effectuer.
4. Usage acceptable
- N'utilisez pas l'Application à des fins illégales.
- N'essayez pas de désosser, altérer ou redistribuer l'Application.
5. Avertissement
- L'Application est fournie « en l'état », sans garantie d'aucune sorte.
- Dans les limites autorisées par la loi, le développeur n'est pas responsable des pertes de données ou dommages résultant de l'usage de l'Application.
6. Modifications et arrêt
- L'Application et ces conditions peuvent évoluer. Les changements importants seront annoncés sur cette page.
- Le développeur peut interrompre l'Application ou l'une de ses fonctions.
7. Droit applicable
- Ces conditions sont régies par le droit de la République de Corée.

- Fotos, Notizen, Aufzeichnungen und alle von Ihnen erstellten Inhalte gehören Ihnen.
- Diese Inhalte werden auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert. Der Entwickler hat keinen Zugriff darauf.
- Für Sicherungen sind Sie selbst verantwortlich. Das Löschen der App kann Ihre Daten dauerhaft entfernen.
3. In-App-Käufe
- Die App kann einen optionalen Kauf „Entwickler unterstützen" anbieten.
- Das ist ein freiwilliges Trinkgeld. Es schaltet keine Funktion frei; alles bleibt kostenlos.
- Zahlungen wickelt der Apple App Store ab. Erstattungen richten sich nach Apples Richtlinie; der Entwickler kann keine vornehmen.
4. Zulässige Nutzung
- Nutzen Sie die App nicht für rechtswidrige Zwecke.
- Versuchen Sie nicht, die App zurückzuentwickeln, zu verändern oder weiterzuverbreiten.
5. Haftungsausschluss
- Die App wird „wie besehen" ohne jegliche Gewährleistung bereitgestellt.
- Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haftet der Entwickler nicht für Datenverluste oder Schäden aus der Nutzung der App.
6. Änderungen und Einstellung
- App und Bedingungen können sich ändern. Wesentliche Änderungen werden auf dieser Seite bekannt gegeben.
- Der Entwickler kann die App oder einzelne Funktionen einstellen.
7. Anwendbares Recht
- Es gilt das Recht der Republik Korea.

2. المحتوى الخاص بك
- الصور والملاحظات والسجلات وأي محتوى آخر تنشئه تبقى ملكك.
- يُخزَّن هذا المحتوى على جهازك، ولا يستطيع المطوّر الوصول إليه.
- أنت مسؤول عن النسخ الاحتياطي لبياناتك. وقد يؤدي حذف التطبيق إلى حذف بياناته نهائيًا.
3. الشراء داخل التطبيق
- قد يوفّر التطبيق عملية شراء اختيارية باسم "دعم المطوّر".
- وهي إكرامية تطوعية؛ لا تفتح أي ميزة، وتبقى كل الميزات مجانية.
- تُعالَج المدفوعات عبر Apple App Store. ويخضع رد الأموال لسياسة Apple؛ ولا يستطيع المطوّر رد الأموال مباشرة.
4. الاستخدام المقبول
- لا تستخدم التطبيق لأغراض غير قانونية.
- لا تحاول الهندسة العكسية للتطبيق أو التلاعب به أو إعادة توزيعه.
5. إخلاء المسؤولية
- يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون أي ضمان من أي نوع.
- وبالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمّل المطوّر المسؤولية عن أي فقدان للبيانات أو أضرار تنشأ عن استخدام التطبيق.
6. التغييرات والإنهاء
- قد يتغيّر التطبيق وهذه الشروط في أي وقت، وسيُعلن عن التغييرات الجوهرية في هذه الصفحة.
- ويجوز للمطوّر إيقاف التطبيق أو أي ميزة فيه.
7. القانون الحاكم
- تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية كوريا.
